At TCL99, gaming is more than entertainment — it should always remain that way. We provide the tools, guidance, and support you need to ensure your gaming experience stays in control and enjoyable.
Online gaming, when enjoyed in the right way, can be a fun and stress-relieving source of entertainment. However, without clear boundaries, it has the potential to lead to unhealthy habits — not just financially, but also in terms of mental health and personal relationships.
At TCL99, we believe our responsibility goes beyond simply providing fair games. We are equally committed to ensuring every member has access to the tools and information they need to play within healthy limits. This is not just a policy — it is a core value we have upheld since the very first day this platform launched.
As a platform trusted by over 500,000 members in Malaysia, tcl99 continuously invests in systems and programs that help members maintain a healthy perspective on gaming. We are willing to forgo some revenue to ensure our members play within their means — because long-term trust is worth more than short-term profit.
Always remember: Gaming should be entertainment, not a source of income or an escape from problems. If you find yourself playing beyond your means, that is a sign it is time to take a break and seek help.
All these tools are available free of charge to every tcl99 member — and can be activated directly from your account settings at any time.
Set the maximum deposit amount you allow within a given period. Once the limit is reached, our system automatically blocks additional deposits until the period resets. You can lower the limit at any time, but increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period for your protection.
Set the maximum time you wish to spend in a single gaming session. When the time is nearly up, tcl99 will send a reminder notification. Once the limit is reached, the session will be automatically ended and you will be gracefully exited from the game.
If you feel you need a longer break, use the self-exclusion feature to block access to your account for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During the exclusion period, no one — including the support team — can reopen the account.
In addition to deposit limits, you can set a maximum loss limit per day or week. Once this limit is reached, the system will prevent you from continuing to wager even if you still have a balance in your account — protecting you from sustained losses in a single session.
Unlike full exclusion, Cool-Off Mode lets you take a short break of 24 hours to 7 days without fully closing your account. All balances and account data are retained, and you can resume playing as soon as the break period ends.
Access detailed reports of your gaming activity, including total time played, total deposits, total wagering, and win/loss history. This full transparency helps you make clear, informed assessments of your gaming habits over time.
We make this process simple and self-serviceable without needing to contact customer support.
